Paella Productions is a young, ambitious, full-service production company. We see your project through from pre-production to delivery, while maintaining the highest caliber of professionalism and quality. Paella approaches every new project with enthusiasm and brings its knowledge and production expertise to the table. Our main office is located in Valencia, but we do productions all across Spain, including the Canary and the Balearic Islands.
Paella Productions also has remote offices in Los Angeles as well as in Istanbul.
Our Producers are: Fran Moral and Amber Bollinger.
Fran comes from a musical family and background. He has received degrees for his studies from Alicante Music Conservatory and the Queens College of New York.
His musical background as a cellist has taken him across four continents to some of the most prestigious venues in the world, including Carnegie Hall, Berlin Philharmonie, Musikgebouw in Amsterdam, Teatro Archimboldi in Milan, Teatre du Chatelet in Paris, Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, Beijing, Shanghai, Sao Paulo, etc.
In 2006 he founded the Saetabis Concert Society and has been acting as President since its inception. In 2009 the he founded the Int. Music Course of Xativa, where he is the Artistic Director.
In 2011, Fran repurposed his skills as a musical director, bringing them into the production arena. He has worked for the Tour de France, alongside Contador, Schleck, Wiggins and Evans. With his newfound love of the visual arts, he continued to work in production for TdF, Formula 1, and he currently produces shoots for photographer Dan Winters, and soccer player Leo Messi.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, she has spent much of her life traveling and working abroad. She graduated from Brigham Young University before beginning a career in the entertainment industry. Her professional work spans the gambit of feature film, network television, commercials, music videos and corporate work.
Early in her career, Amber worked in many on-set capacities, predominantly in the production and camera departments, on over 50 films and television programs, from the smallest indie fair to the largest studio pictures. As a Camera Operator, Amber has worked with and filmed many top directors and actors including Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Michael Mann and Clint Eastwood. Most recently, she operated camera for the National Geographic Channel.
Outside the film industry, Amber has worked in an event management capacity for the likes of Richard Branson, President Obama, Bill Clinton, Peter Guber, Barbara Streisand, Haim Saban, Maria Shriver, A. Schwarzenegger and the Royal family of Qatar.
In 2009, Amber produced the hit indie documentary “Cleanflix” that premiered at the Toronto Int. Film Festival and in 2012, she produced the GE funded short documentary “Good Bread”, which premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival. Amber is currently producing a TV series for NBC premiering this fall and developing several projects, including a TV pilot and two feature films.
